This award shall be granted to the individual, group or institution whose work in the fields of ARCHITECTURE, CINEMA, DANCE, SCULPTURE, MUSIC, PAINTING and other forms of artistic expression constitutes a significant contribution to the heritage of the Latin-American community of nations.
