INTRODUCTORY NOTE: This directory is progressively being constructed and developed specially after the illegal seizure of the Spanish fishing vessel "Estai" and after the agreement reached in Brussels between the European Union and Canada on Easter Sunday, 1995. From that date, the 16th of April, and taking into account the spirit of the subsequent actions of the Canadian Department of Fisheries and Oceans, rather than an Agreement it looked like an Armistice.
