For various reasons, student organizations are still underdeveloped. However, at the individual higher education institutions all types of student-run organizations are emerging which have different aims and goals. At the national level, the first steps have also been taken towards forming large organizations.

At present, the foreign student would be advised to request information from student bodies at the individual institutions.
